Centipede tattoo hand poked on myself a few weeks ago in ceremony.
Centipedes are liminal creatures and (among other things) represent a connection to the divine. Ubiquitous and existing on nearly every continent, centipede motifs appear in tattooing traditions nearly worldwide.

A hand sits on "Allen Ginsberg: Collected Poems 1947-1980", a red volume with a small mandala in the center of the cover. The thumb is the focus, a black centipede outline tattooed with minimal shading, a stinger tail, and pinchers at its head is visible. The tattoo styling is somewhat inspired by pre-Incan Peruvian centipede motifs in art (Moche and Chimú artifacts particularly)

Sigil done on myself a while ago.

Preparing to get back into the studio and work on honing my practice after our New York trip and a guest visit the following week.

Looking forward to improving and learning from my teachers.
